Due to high temperature in summer our body water level is decreased. Drink at least 8-10glass of water and live well hydrated .Don't drink too cold water it will effect your health.
3.Eat the light snack. Our digestive fire reduce in summer .so eat light snack like nuts ,seed,fruits they digest properly.
