COVAXIN: India's first Covid 19 vaccine.

Covaxin get approval for Human trial which is developed by Bharat Biotech Limited

Covaxin get approval by Drug Control Authority for human trial of this vaccine which lead india in a list of emrging nation whose vaccine in human trial. Bharat Biotech with the help of ICMR developed a vaccinenamed COVAXINE for the Covid 19 pandemic.

COVAXINTM, India's indigenous COVID-19 vaccine by Bharat Biotech is developed in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) - National Institute of Virology (NIV). The indigenous, inactivated vaccine is developed and manufactured in Bharat Biotech's BSL-3 (Bio-Safety Level 3) high containment facility.

The vaccine received DCGI approval for Phase I & II Human Clinical Trials and the trials will commence across India from July, 2020.

How India will be helpful in developing vaccine for Covid 19 patients.

Since from begining whole world phrma companies started working on the devlopment of covid 19 vaccine as soon as possible and many of them are in human trial with successful results.

Bharat Biotech MD said that there will be definately a vaccine in the end of year , human trial of COVAXINE in the month of july.
