How to do anulom vilom step by step :-
- Sit in a peaceful place in a comfortable position so you can focus easily .
- Sit in a cross-legged position your spine and he's should be straight
- Close your eyes and keep your mind calm
- Sit in this position until your mind feel relaxed
- Then take your right hand place it on the right nostril and left hand should be on the right leg
- Press it with a force so that air cannot enter in this nostril
- Now slowly slowly take a deep breath from left nostril
- Now close both the nostril and hold your breath for few time
- Now trade your finger from the right nostril and allow to exhale from it
- While doing this your left nostril should be closed with the help of your ring finger or little finger
- Be slow in the process of exhaling air from right nostril try to take long breaths.
- Then again hold your breath for few time hold your breath for few time keep both the nostril closed then exhale from left nostril while closing the right nostril
- Try inhalation should be slow and take longer than inhalation
- This is a full process of anulom vilom. Repeat these steps again and again for 10min.
